This website belongs to Martino Motti, Genoa, Italy, who is the data controller. Contact: martino.motti@martinomotti.com.

The site has no contact forms, no newsletter, no advertising and no tracking or profiling cookies. It does not use analytics.

When you write by email or WhatsApp, I receive the data you choose to send (name, address, number, message) and use it only to reply and, if you buy a work, to complete the sale and meet legal obligations. I do not pass it to third parties for marketing.

The site is hosted by Netlify, Inc., which records technical data such as IP address and browser in its server logs to deliver the pages securely. Links to WhatsApp, Instagram and FPArt take you to services with their own privacy policies.

Under the GDPR you can ask to access, correct or delete your data, or object to its use, by writing to martino.motti@martinomotti.com. You can also complain to the Italian Data Protection Authority (garanteprivacy.it).
